May 2023 - Coronation Collage

The painters, potters, photographers and lacemakers from Woodbridge Art Club joined forces to create a collage commemorating the coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla on 6th May 2023. The collage has a floral theme to reflect the Royal couple’s love of nature. Roses, daffodils, thistles and shamrocks symbolise the four nations of the United Kingdom and there is even a Tudor rose and Suffolk Green Man! The collage will be displayed at the Art Club on Tide Mill Way, Woodbridge until the end of August 2023. The collage will then be handed over to East Suffolk Council who intend to display it at the Shire Hall in Market Hill, Woodbridge.
