Exhibition supporting Cancer Support Suffolk 17-18 Aug ALL WELCOME

WAC will be taking part in a joint venture with the Rotary Club. A benefit for Cancer Support Suffolk.

It will be held at St Clements Art Centre, Fore St, Ipswich IP4 1JZ (car parking adjacent to the venue).

Friday August 16th will be set up day. That evening 6.30 to 8.30ish there will be a preview evening. Wine and canapés. Invited guests including those from WAC. Local press, radio , Suffolk Magazine - TBC.

It would be an opportunity for people to discuss their work with potential purchasers / press.

It is a fundraiser, so auction of donated work and raffle.

WAC Artists will be painting and donating a series of decorated Artist palletes.

Some Artists have donated work to be raffled as Cancer has affected their family / friends.

Tables will be available to display pots .

There will be display frames to hang framed photographs.

There will also be browsers available.

One of our members will be Chair of the Ipswich Rotary Club this year.

The Rotary Club will arrange all publicity for the event - press , local advertising via flyers , posters , radio and press coverage.

The Exhibition runs from 10am to 5pm each day.

Monday 19th is clear down day. All work to be collected and removed.
